Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

• Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags intact.

• Procedure: Contact our support team (support@nunelle.com) with your order details. You will be instructed on how to return the item.

• Refund timing: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request, using the original payment method. In some cases, we may delay the refund until we receive the returned goods.

• Defective or incorrect items: If an item arrives damaged or not as described, please send photos within 7 days of delivery for priority resolution.
