Shipping Policy

Nunelle ships worldwide. As we operate under a dropshipping model, items are shipped directly from our international partners and suppliers.

• Processing time: 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

• Estimated delivery time within the EU: 7–20 business days.

• Estimated delivery time outside the EU (e.g., UK, US): 10–25 business days.

• Tracking: A tracking number will be sent by email once the order is dispatched.

• Customs & taxes: Orders shipped within the European Union do not incur additional customs duties. For deliveries outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any customs fees or local taxes.
